Sounds awesome
A great poor man's virtual Virus/Nord/Supernova/Modular equivalent
Diverse sound palette
Numerous add-on sound packs for specific music genres

Negatives

"Under the hood" editing is via a small interface within the synth.
Some of the add-on pack sequences are direct rips of popular tracks (sonically great, but musically - unusable on a commercial production)
Pricing out all the add-don ROMS is as much money as a hardware synth ($2300)

Nexus2 is a high quality ‘ROMpler’ synthesizer that offers a large editable preset bank,  arpeggiator,  gate sequencer,  effects processor and modulation matrix in an easy to use GUI.  Many add-on libraries available.   Out of the box it’s suited towards the EDM market.
